About me

I’m Philippa, the founder of Hummingbird Holistics. I’m a qualified holistic health coach, mind-body practitioner, nutrition coach, and cacao facilitator. My passion lies in empowering individuals to break through mental barriers and self-sabotage, enabling them to create the life they truly desire. I provide a supportive space for healing, whether it’s improving gut health, enhancing sleep, navigating spiritual awakenings, or overcoming past trauma. No matter the challenge, growth and transformation are always possible—and I’m here to guide you on that journey.
